Today

Three returns. Not three obligations.

A line in the morning. Ninety seconds somewhere in the middle. One sentence before you sleep. If you miss all three, nothing is lost and nothing is owed. Tomorrow is not behind.

Morning

Read it once. Then go and do your day.

Everyone reading today gets the same line. It is not chosen for you and it is not a message. Read it, let it go, and get on with what the day actually needs from you.

Midday

Ninety seconds, wherever you are.

You do not need a quiet room, a cushion, or a good mood. A parked car works. A corridor works. Two minutes before a meeting you are dreading works especially well.

Evening

One sentence. What did the watching notice?

Not how the day went. Not whether you did well. Just one plain observation about what you actually saw — in the traffic, in the argument, in the ten minutes that went quiet.

These sentences are stored on this device only. They are never sent anywhere and nobody else can read them. Take them with you or wipe them whenever you like.

There is no count here, on purpose.

No run of days, no calendar of filled and empty squares, no note about how long you have been away. Those turn a return into a debt, and a debt is the last thing this should become.

Day forty is not better than day one. If you did this every morning for a year and then stopped for two, coming back tomorrow costs you exactly nothing. Nobody is keeping score, least of all a website.

So: what is aware of this sentence, right now, before you close the tab?
