Enterprise Meditation Service

A shared sit for the people who do the work. The company stays on the table. Nobody is ranked for how still they looked.

What this is

This is for a company that wants one plain practice in the middle of ordinary work. Pay, deadlines, and rest stay exactly as real as they were this morning. Ganesh Subramanian comes to the team, or meets them on a call. He says, in short sentences, what this site says: keep the measured world, and give a real time to the question of who is living it. Then the room is quiet.

Before you come

Read Self knowledge first. That is the prerequisite.

What a session is

Silent meditation. 30 minutes of silent meditation, then 15 to 30 minutes of questions at the end.

  • You write first. Say the size of the group, and whether you want Cincinnati, your office, or a call.
  • There is no price on this page. The number is in the reply, before anything starts.
  • Ganesh does not report who was calm, who spoke, or who should be considered further along. There is no further along.

It will not track attendance as a contest, or a ladder of sessions. A person who misses the next one has missed a meeting. That is all.

This is not therapy and it is not medical advice. If sitting brings up something distressing, that person stops. A counselor or a doctor is the right next person.

Before you write, sit for one minute with this: what at work are you gripping that the work does not require?
